Tammy has an extensive background in corporate and commercial property finance markets, having held senior roles in relationship management across commercial, industrial, and retail property, assisting clients with development and acquisition finance. She has also held senior marketing and acquisition roles for international brands like Virgin and Nedbank. Tammy thrives on understanding and reaching a client’s goals while maximising their returns.
In her role as compliance officer for Fox Group, Tammy upholds the highest standards. As a proud champion for women in the finance sector and a keen advocate of technology for transparency and accuracy.

Nick O’Connor, Director
Nick, a trusted figure in New Zealand’s property development and finance sectors, has forged his success by founding numerous thriving businesses and leading successful enterprise launches and exits. A recipient of the prestigious Deloitte Fast 50 award for NZ’s fastest-growing business, Nick has also held senior leadership roles at Hawkins and Westfield. Notably, he played critical roles in high-value development projects, including the $3.8 billion Christchurch earthquake rebuild.
Currently, Nick directs his focus toward growing Fox Group and its funds, aiming to deliver valuable returns for clients. He has a commitment to high personal values and a drive for diversity and innovation, for clients and the sector.
