Our Process
01 - APPLICATION
Interested borrowers contact Fox Group and submit an application for assessment.
02 - EXPLORATION
A preliminary conversation regarding the history of the project and the client's objectives for the project's outcomes.
03 - DUE DILIGENCE
A comprehensive risk assessment is followed by a transactional team meeting, internal discussion, and cost-benefit analysis.
04 - PRESENTATION
Detailed information about the project, the projected costs and revenues are provided to the Manager by the credit team.
05 - MANAGEMENT
After providing a term sheet and loan commitment, the Manager oversees the loan due diligence and onboarding process.
06 - DRAWDOWN
The Manager will expedite the process to ensure the transaction is completed and funds are drawn on schedule
